What SEBI requires us to disclose, in one place.
Investment advice and financial planning, under our SEBI registration. Our advice is recommendatory; every decision remains yours.
Where a plan touches products SEBI does not regulate, such as insurance or real estate, we tell you first and take your written acknowledgement. SEBI's grievance mechanisms do not cover them.
We do not:
No advice and no fee before the agreement is signed. You first receive the Investor Charter, the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) and our Disclosure Document. KYC, due diligence and risk profiling are completed before we begin.
Fees are agreed in writing and exclude GST. We offer two engagements: Financial Plan and Continuous Advisory.
For individual and HUF clients, fees will not exceed ₹1,51,000 per family a year (fixed fee) or 2.5% a year of assets under advice. If the fee mode changes with your consent, the higher limit applies. Limits exclude statutory charges, cover only advice on SEBI-regulated securities, and do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
Only from your own bank account, by cheque, demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI, or through BSE's CeFCoM. No cash or third-party payments. Receipts within 7 business days.
Billed quarterly; due within 14 days. Advance fees only with your consent, for up to one year. On early exit, unexpired fees are refunded, less a breakage fee of up to one quarter.
No minimum term. Either party may exit on 30 days' written notice. You may exit at once if our registration is suspended or cancelled, or we cease business.
We assess your risk capacity, attitude, experience and ability to absorb loss, share the profile with you, and review it periodically. We recommend only what suits it, so please tell us when circumstances change.
You act on advice in your own accounts, through any intermediary you choose. We recommend direct plans wherever available. Our services never depend on your using any other.
We are paid only by clients. We take no commissions, referral fees or benefit from your holdings, and never deal in securities with you on our own account.
Advice and distribution are segregated at client level: you and your family receive no distribution services from us, our associates or our family members. Related-party dealings are at arm's length, conflicts are disclosed promptly, and the segregation is certified annually by an auditor.
Our people disclose their accounts and holdings, need written approval to deal in securities we advise on, hold them for at least 30 days, and never trade ahead of clients or on price-sensitive information.
We do not use AI tools in investment advice, and client data never enters an unapproved AI tool. Any change will be disclosed to you first. Responsibility for advice and data rests with us.
KYC, risk profiles, advice with its rationale, and records of interactions, including calls and pre-client conversations, are kept for at least five years, or longer if disputed or required by SEBI.
All are confidential: shared only with your consent, with service providers bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires. Never shared with anyone for marketing without your specific consent.
We complete the annual compliance audit the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 require.
