Governing Law
Indian law applies, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Investors may also use SEBI SCORES and Smart ODR. Disputes under an advisory agreement follow that agreement.
General
If any term is unenforceable, the rest still apply. Delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
